These terms cover your use of Ghana Bar Coach, run by Kwame Brempong. By reserving a seat or using the site, you agree to them.
A study aid, not legal advice
Ghana Bar Coach helps you prepare for the Pre-Bar Course exams. It is not legal advice and must not be relied on for any real legal matter. Always check the current version of any Act or case before relying on it.

Our content
Questions are our own practice questions, written in exam style on today's law. Some follow the form of a past exam question, with our own facts. They are not past papers and do not claim to show what will be set in any exam. We check every answer before release and correct any mistake we find. If you spot one, tell us.
Everything on Ghana Bar Coach belongs to us. You may use it for your own study. You may not copy, resell or republish it, or share paid content outside your account.
Reserving a seat
Reserving is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. A reservation gives you 48 hours of early access when doors open. The founding price (GH¢199, paid once, for the Pre-Bar Pass) goes to the first 200 people to pay. A reservation does not guarantee one of those places.
Payments
Payments are taken through Paystack. Prices are in Ghana cedis. Passes are paid once and do not renew automatically. See our refund policy.
Fair use
Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or sign up other people without their permission.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
